WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA), the public policy voice of the U.S. business and professional events industry, today announced the return of ECA Votes, its nonpartisan voter registration and engagement initiative for the 2026 midterm elections, which will take place on November 3.

First launched in 2024, ECA Votes provides industry leaders and advocates with resources to better understand the policy issues affecting U.S. business and professional events, directly engage in the campaign process, and prepare to vote on Election Day.

ECA Votes is built around a three-part framework: “Learn. Engage. Vote.”

• Learn about the issues: The new ECA Votes 2026 Midterm Election Guide explores seven key public policy issue areas with information on why they matter, ECA’s perspective, and sample questions to ask candidates.

• Engage in the process: ECA Votes offers resources for engaging with candidates, telling the industry's story, participating on social media, writing an op-ed or letter to the editor, and hosting candidates at events.

• Vote on Election Day: ECA Votes helps industry professionals register to vote, check their voter registration status, and find out what will be on the ballot in their communities on November 3.
